Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Reportiq. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you’re using Reportiq on behalf of a business, you agree on that business’s behalf.
The service
Reportiq lets you build, view, share, export, and schedule reports generated from your own Shopify store data. Features and templates may change over time as we improve the app.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your Shopify account and any report share links secure. Anyone with a share link can view that report.
- Use Reportiq only with stores you’re authorised to manage, and in line with Shopify’s terms and applicable law.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and don’t use it to process data you have no right to.
Billing and trials
Paid plans and any free trial are billed through Shopify’s Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices and plan details are shown on the app’s pricing page and in the Shopify App Store listing. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; charges already incurred for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data
Your use of store data through Reportiq is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store data; we process it only to provide the service.
Availability
We work to keep Reportiq available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reports depend on data returned by Shopify’s APIs and on AI-assisted interpretation of your request, and may not be error-free. Always verify figures before relying on them for critical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reportiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Reportiq in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Reportiq at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
